ICloud Email

I changed my Apple password and my I cloud email works on my iPad and my Mac Mini, but I tried to set up the ICloud email account on my Galaxy Note 3 and it keeps giving me a verification failed/wrong password. I have deleted the account and cleared cache, any suggestions?
