This has started in the last few weeks. Some of my iCloud emails show up on my devices and then within a few seconds they disappear. They're not in Junk, Deleted, anywhere. They are just gone. It has happened on my iPhone, iPad, Macbook, iMac and on iCloud.com. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Any ideas?

Thanks.

If you haven't already tried removing and re-adding the accounts to your device, I would do that. If it still keeps going I would contact Apple Support to see if they can help, although it may be tough for them to do anything without being able to duplicate the issue.

It was all random. I did call Apple support and they rebuilt my mailbox. Some of my disappeared emails showed back up, so hopefully that will fix the issue.

This has started to happen with my iCloud mail account in the last two weeks. Mail from several person I know well has either not arrived, or appears for a second then vanishes. It isn't deleted, moved, or in any box at all. Have rebuilt my mailbox and recreated the account.

Anyone else seeing the same phenomenon recently?

Yes me too and it's starting to get on my last nerves. It seems to delete only the important emails & keep the rubbish. To which I find to be very suspicious! I'm nearing retiring from apple products and any of it's affiliation. It seems to me they're too busy creating more expensive newer products before they can solve issues their present product already sold to consumers. The old apple phones act up once the new phones are ready for sales. Apple then sale their old & refurbished phones to other companies & their own stores. While misleading consumers to believe they're getting a new iPhone. I upgraded my old 8+ to an XR and for what for? The XR are nothing but an overly expensive high tech piece of junk. I'm going back to my Blackberry.
