Oringally my iphone 6 plus was replaced (bending) I updated it to i0s9 then reset it and restored it everything worked perfectly. Just today I had to replace it again (bending) did the same thing updated it to ios9 then when I reset to restore this time from a backup i did yesterday i click on it then it starts then a window pops up 2 mins in saying "cannot restore backup" i tried 3 different backups and 2 different wifis



any advice?

Did you ever find a solution? Having a very similar problem with my iPhone 6s Plus. Thanks.
 
Yep I've had this problem. Keep going back in time and try all the backups. If none work, replacing the phone wont help. Your backups are probably corrupted.

Thanks. That was my thought/fear. So I assume you just started anew and replicated your data from the various places.
