iCloud iCloud for Windows crashing Outlook 365

After installing iCloud for Windows 12.5 from the Microsoft Store Outlook 365 is crashing within five seconds of starting. When I run Outlook in Windows 10 in safe mode it doesn't crash. I've tried the following:

• Uninstalled and re-installed Office 365
• Uninstalled and re-installed iCloud for Windows
• Created a new profile on the computer with the same crashing results

Any suggestions on getting Outlook 365 not to crash with iCloud for Windows enabled is appreciated.

Are you up to date with Windows Updates?

Yes. I also wiped the laptop and re-installed a fresh copy of Windows 10. Outlook still crashes with the iCloud add-in enabled.

The attached are logs files trying to determine the cause of the issue.
