I'm getting upset with the iOS 5.

1.) I have everything setup, iCloud, and all. When I buy something on my iTunes it's not automatically going to my iPhone 4 like it said it would.
2.) When I plug it into my wall outlet it's not automatically backing up, like it said it would.

I have WiFi on, everything is setup to the T. What am I doing wrong?!
