iCloud help!

Hey people of MacRumors. i got this new app called minecraft PE from the apple appstore. I built a big world in it and then one day my iphone needed a restore because it would not connect to redsn0w. I restored it fully and redownloaded all the apps. I opened minecraft soon after and all my progress was gone. i went to settings>icloud> Storage and backup and found that the minecraft app was backed up. How can I download this backup file.
