iCloud iCloud + HKSV Camera Limit issue

I have a 2TB iCloud + subscription and 7 HKSV cameras around my home. They are all the same Eufy 2k model
All are have up to date firmware, and accessing via my iPhone 13 Pro max and M1 MacBook Pro running the latest version of Big Sur.
iCloud is only recording video clips from 5 of my cameras. In Homekit the option to stream and record is not there for the other 2.
I know there was a recording limit of 5 cameras before iCloud +, but I thought the limit had gone now with the 2TB tier.
Is anyone else having this problem, or have any ideas how to fix it ?

Mark, I have the same goofy camera's as you only I have 10. They all allow Stream & Record in the Homekit app. I use Home and Away on some and just Away on others. I'm running all the latest firmware and updates. iPhone 12 max on ios15 and BigSur 11.6 on 2020 iMac. I also have the 2 tb iCloud + plan. All seems to work fine together.
