if you turned on iCloud Drive, the only locations that it duplicates into the cloud is going to be Documents and Desktop.
so by turning off iCloud Drive it will restore only those two locations.
if you go to your Home folder, it will show you the other traditional folders that are usually found on macs such as Music, Photos, Applications, Downloads, On My Mac, and Public. and this is where it will also show your restored Documents and Desktop as well.
