Recently bought Notesuite and during the setup I selected use icloud to synch between my devices, but still not getting it.

Does it actually store the items in the cloud, or is it really just to synch? Not sure if that makes sense. I have itunes match and understand how that works. I keep no musoc stored on my iphone or ipad. If I want to listen to an album, I hit the cloud icon and download it to my phone and bluetooth it to a speaker. No problem. Does icloud work the same way?

icloud works in that it does synch between my devices, which is good, but I don't see a cloud icon next to a document.

I set up icloud on all of my devices but when I try to sign in all I've ever gotten is the "setup icloud on this device screen" (on both the iphone and ipad) so I'm confused. I would like to be able to see what is actually stored there. As far as I can tell, I have everything right in settings (icloud on, selected which itemsto back up). Is there a way to view what is being stored there?

Hope this makes some sense.

I'm not familiar with the app, but I'd say it has to store a copy of the notes on iCloud otherwise there's no way for it push to other devices.

Thanks for the reply. Notesuite stores a copy locally and uses iCloud to push to the mac. Missed that when reading about it so that answers one question.

Guess I was looking for a cloud icon but it just pushes back and forth and works great. Second problem was viewing what was stored in iCloud. I'm a moron. I was trying to do that from my iPad. Didn't realize you cannot view iCloud from iOS. Hmm, still not sure I understand why that is, but it is.

Good news is when signed into iCloud on my mac I played around with keynote and it's pretty cool.
