I am going to restore my MBA to default and have about 360 apps in iTunes. Will I lose all of my apps if I do this? Or will I be able to download them again? Or do I even need them on my MBA at all as I thought they were stored in iCloud? These may be dumb questions but any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

if you have an icloud account you can just redownload them, if you have an ipad or iphone you can just sync them to your mba.

if you're going icloud, you'll have to go in itunes purchases.

Thanks for the response. I realized that I don't need to store the apps in iTunes as they take up tons of space on the HD. Sometimes, you just have to talk it out.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone 4s)

Be careful! Apps that are no longer available on the store won't be available
