Well i want to start using iCloud on my iDevice, but i have JB. I'm going to have problems with that? By problems i mean, when i use iCloud on another iDevice.

You won't. Being a lecturer on iOS programming, I have all iDevice models ever released, most of them JB'n and (if compatible) all with active iCloud. Haven't encountered a single problem ever with both built-in OS-level iCloud synching (bookmarks, tabs etc.) or custom saving / restoring (e.g., in games).
