iCloud keeps asking me for password

Today I just got home with my iPhone screens locked. After an hour I just unlocked the phone to check sms then Mac popop a window asking me for iCloud password to "authenticate iCloud keychain in iphone. I'm pretty sure I have done this before and my phone number is also passed the authorisation. I entered the password but the windows just "blinks" for like 0.1secs then keeps asking me for password.

I restared the mac, disabled iCloud keychain and even logged off iCloud account entirely. But this stupid windows comes back if I re login iCloud account.

Oh by the way the OS is GM candidate 2 and iOS 8.0.2

In the pop-up window do you see anything that you can identify (App)?
Had the same thing happen and it was caused by an app that needed a password.

If you use iCloud with any third party apps (such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, or BusyCal) you can generate app-specific passwords that allow you to sign in securely, even if the app you're using doesn't support two-step verification. Using an app-specific password also ensures that your primary Apple ID password isn't collected or stored by any third party apps you might use. Starting on October 1, 2014, app-specific passwords will be required to sign in to iCloud using any third party apps.

Yes, it is a bug. Even if you are correct in your assessment, there is no indication given by the pop-up dialog which application it is requesting a password for.
