I tried this post in the macOS forum, with no replies. Any thoughts over here? Thanks!

I recently had my iMac hard drive upgraded (High Sierra, 10.13.6), and afterwards have had a problem with Keychain Access.
Despite several attempts to turn off/on keychain and iCloud on my iMac, I can't seem to get Keychain Access (and therefore Safari passwords) to pull my saved iCloud Keychain passwords down from the cloud. They still exist on my iPhone and iPad, but for some reason I can't seem to get them on my iMac.
Any thoughts or suggestions? I've found a number of posts and websites describing problems and solutions on the iOS sync side, but this (I'm pretty sure) is on macOS. I'm thinking there might be a file or parameter in Keychain Access I have to blow out in order for the app to re-read the cloud data, but I'm not sure.
Thanks!
