iCloud Keychain Password window won't load from keyboard

Since iOS 15 on my iPhone 13 PM, in certain situation when you have to tap the password button on the top of the keyboard to bring the password window and authenticate with FaceID simply not working. When I tap the option, the keyboard disappear and just reappear 1 second later so I just can't access my passwords and have to go manually via settings.

Anyone else have this bug?

I have been seeing this happen as well. Typically happens with websites and I only use Safari on my 13 Pro Max

I‘be been having this on my iPad - if I go to another app and then come back, the passwords button will be there and I can move forward. But it’s annoying for sure.
