All Devices iCloud Keychain problems?

Anyone else having iCloud Keychain issues? I noticed passwords weren't syncing from my Macs to my iPhone or iPad, so I checked and found that at some point, Keychain had gotten turned off. I flip the switch to turn it on, but it spins a little and turns off. Same deal on my iPad.

I've tried about 15 times, no go.

This is definitely shaping up to be the worst Apple software release ever.

I had this issue on my MacBook when I installed Catalina yesterday. I signed out of iCloud then back in on the MacBook and it fixed that issue.

Ugh, I hate doing that because iCloud Photos takes eons to resync and start working again. But I just did and it fixed the keychain problem.

Luckily I'm at work and can just leave the phone there on my desk resyncing while I do other things.

Finally managed to turn it on but it only synced 48 out of 88 entries. It’s not any particular ones, just random ones scattered throughout

Kept signing out of iCloud multiple times plus hard rebooting
