ok, so I traded in my 1st get iPad at Target for $200 and used it toward a new iPad Mini. I decided to set it up as new.

I have all my email accounts and passwords set up with my iPhone 5 & my MacBook Pro w/10.9 Mavericks, iCloud Keychain is enabled.

However, when I go to set up my mail, after signing in to iTunes account, setting up iCloud and all of that, iMessages works fine, but only my iCloud email addy is in the iPad Mini. When I go to add more, I have to manually add each one and find the ef ing password and get it set up correctly...etc...etc, but, why? It's all in my iCloud Keychain, is it not??

It just doesn't make sense to me that I should have to set it all up again, I should have the option to auto-import from other device with my iTunes account, should I not??

I guess, the real issue here is that I USED to be able to import my mail info via iTunes, but cannot do so now!!! UGH!! Apple didn't used to make things worse, but, better, this is definitely worse.

"Keychain is only for Safari use" is an untrue statement, regardless of whether it's iOS or OS X.

Given the first bullet point I don't understand why it didn't populate your email accounts. Is this an issue with Gmail and works with iCloud?

Well, one thing that does work...I was out of town yesterday, ate at a new place, iPad and iPhone with me, I got on their wifi, put in the password on my iPad...a minute later I opened my iPhone to see it was already connected! :)
