iCloud Mail Filtering?

How come iCloud mail doesn't come with a built in universal filter a la gmail?

I've seen options when I use OSX Mail but not iOS (e.g., "mark as read" + "archive" from sender).

Or am I missing something ?

If you login to the icloud.com web some there are some filters there you can setup in mail that will be applied to all incoming mail no matter what device you are on.
