I have iCloud installed on my iPad, iPhone and Windows PC. All works fine except that I cannot see all my storage folders (things like 'Shopping' 'Travel' etc) on the Windows versions, although they are present on the other two devices.

I assume you had a question related to how can you get visibility back on folders?
