Lately I've been having trouble with my iCloud mail not pushing to my iPhone and iPad devices, my iMac or Macbook, no problem. Even if I manually push the iCloud mail, it's still not pushing. The only solution I can come up with is when I open the mail app on my iPhone or iPad and it's not pushing, I exit out of the mail app, close the mail app on the background and then open the mail app again and that's the only time my iCloud mails will push.

And this is only happening on my iCloud account on the mail app for iPhone and iPad. My other email accounts i.e. Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft are pushing or fetching the emails fine on the mail app on my iPhone or iPad. So I don't think the problem is my device nor the mail app. Perhaps my iCloud email settings? But how do I check the correct email settings on my idevices?

I started noticing this problem when I converted to iCloud Photo Library, not sure if that has anything to do with my problem. I think I've tried every trick out there but still not working. I've tried restarting and hard reset of my idevices. I've tried restoring from backup and still nothing. The only thing I haven't tried yet is restoring as a new device, I don't really want to lose my Health app datas. So if any one here has any ideas or suggestions, your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
