iCloud Mail not working at all

Hangs on "Fetching new mail" in Mail.app. I changed my active email alias domain from me.com to icloud.com and back - it hasn't worked since I did that. I haven't the foggiest idea what I've done wrong

Closed it and reopened MANY times. Hasn't helped one bit.

Try deleting the account from your device and adding it back. That should do the trick.

I'll give that a try. This is a Mac though, not an iOS device.
