I have an @icloud.com email address I'm currently using for job hunting and I have noticed some VERY important emails have been filtered into the junk mail folder. One of this was almost a missed opportunity!

Is there a way to add certain emails to the 'whitelist' so it is not filtered into junk mail. I have logged on to iCloud.com and selected 'Not junk mail' and emails from this particular person will still filter into the junk mail folder.

I use different email clients on different devices, and the emails show up in junk mail on all my devices, so I know the filtering is happening at the iCloud.com level. I'm just trying to figure out how to prevent certain emails from going into junk mail folder.

Have you tried visiting the icloud.com site?
There you will find some basic rules tools for iOS iCloud Mail.
Rudimentary, but it's all that is natively available at present.
