When I go into my System Preferences / Apple ID / Manage Storage, I only see my backups, Mail, Photos and Siri.
There used to be a lot more applications listed, in fact almost mirroring my iCloud folders like they show in the Finder.
Both OS's are up-to-date, iCloud itself is working OK - just the list in System Preferences should show more (like it has done in the past).

Any ideas how to fix this?

Copy documents out and delete existing, before copying files back in?

Or move files - depending on your level of expertise. I know you are well versed in that area.

I usually use the Open dialog and copy files in if they refuse to appear anywhere.

That said, I haven't had this type of error with Big Sur, I had more of an issue using an older macOS version, but that's for another day.

It's like my System Prefs can't read the iCloud directory - or something.
The good news is, that the files are there.
Thanks for the suggestions, I may do some fiddling around ;-)
