iCloud me.co email not reliable

Setup iCloud email & everything indicates it has been sent but it does not go through to the email I send it to. I have tried a few different accounts I have. I can send to me.com however.

I ran some tests back and forth between 3 accounts and my .me account and didn't have any issues at all.

I just set it up so maybe it takes a while for everything to start working correctly.
