Click Retry, and if it still shows up, it may be your Internet connection. You can also try:
  1. Restarting iTunes (select Quit if prompted)
  2. Deleting and recreating your iTunes library
  3. Disable and enable iCloud Music Library (if you use it)
  4. Select File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library (if you use it)

How exactly I delete the library? Do I need to delete some specific file or something?

I still have the problem. according to Stack Exchange Apple the problem is the keychain access. I've seen couple guides how to reset it but they different from each other.
there is one simple guide how to reset it?
