iCloud never seems to send password reset email ...

A while back I tried to create a new iCloud account for my daughter.

When I try to recreate it it tells me that the address already exists (which is good news).

But when I tell it to send me a password reset email it never comes (gmail). I've tried numerous times, waited hours, and checked the spam folder. Nothing.

Any ideas? Is this account stuck in some kind of never-never-land?

My sons gmail address and iCloud account work fine.

Have you tried sending a password reset email from your son's account to see if that works? If not, could they be going to a different email account?

That's the problem, I can't get into that account. ;-(
