iCloud Not Available

Hi all, I have this problem i hope anyone could help me with this.

I've got a new iPhone 4S the other day and I created a new Apple ID and signed up for iCloud, but as soon as I tapped Settings > iCloud to sign in to iCloud,

This message popped out

iCloud Not Available
Due to high demand, iCloud is not currently available for new users. Try again later.

Do i need to wait on certain days or am I not going to get the iCloud account?

Help from you guys are very much appreciate it!

Mine is doing the same thing. I guess too much traffic???

Took dad to ATT store yesterday to pick up his first iPhone. Same message last night when I tried to set up iCloud for him.

No help over at the support forums either.

Dang it, I was going to upgrade my daughter's iphone, she seemed interested in this.
