Hi. So I have not been able to do an iCloud backup since 10/10. I have the latest iOS 9.0.2, iPhone 6. It's supposed to automatically backup but hasn't since. I've tried to do it manually, but it gives me an error.

I have more than enough storage, so that isn't an issue. It doesn't let me delete the prior backup, it also gives me an error. I tried deleting the network settings, resetting the phone and that did not help.

Is anyone else having this problem? What can I do to fix it?

Thanks.

I'm getting the same problem. Tried everything set up as new, etc.... Nothing still won't auto or manual backup so I just backed it up to my computer for now.

Phone service I have is with Verizon that's giving me problems. Have a iPhone for business with AT&T account and have no problems backing up. But with Verizon iPhone it won't finish or takes forever like 3 hours to back up. Both new 6s+.
