iCloud not showing purchased items from iTunes

My songs and tv shows that I bought from iTunes are not showing on my iPhones.

Is there a way I am supposed to get those transferred? If so how?

I have signed my iPhones and iPads and the touch up to the cloud, but I when I go to the store on the phones ect... It doesn't show any of the songs or shows I have paid for on my I tunes account
