iCloud not syncing via wifi

Hi

My old mccpro I could sync/view iPhone safari tabs in mavericks

I'm now running new mcbpro setup iTunes/icloud etc with existing details

my iphone has the mcb tab at bottom of i safari page though not showing my mcb safari tabs

My mcbpro has the iCloud automatically shows all the tabs from your other devices..........No it doesn't

Ive searched old posts cannot find the solution.....what am missing/doing wrong?

Is there any help with iCloud/iphone sync?

dirving me mad..I haven't even tried the apple t.v. yet until I get my iPhone/macbook syncing properly

Also whats happened to my music most of which has not transferred via iCloud acc/itunes

Thought I could just do a time machine re store of previous iCloud music via aes/external hdd restore to new macbook its proving much more difficult than i thought

Considering 'starting again -connect/format external hd re connect to aes this really defeats the purpose of time machine -though the backups were stored so I could re- store if/when required
