iCloud Notes no longer sync between iPhone, iPad and Mac

This was working fine for months but these past few days, suddenly the Notes syncing no longer works.

- Notes I created in iPhone does not show up in iPad or Mac
- Notes I created in Mac does not show up in iPad or iPhone

I tried disabling/enabling Notes in iCloud, rebooting the devices, etc.

Does anyone else seeing this?

Log out of your iCloud account on each device and back in (try individually first and then altogether). Remember to keep a local copy of your data on each device.

I am having the same problem for the last week or so. I tried all the usual including out of iCloud on each device and logging in but no changes.

Please help.
