iCloud iCloud notifications don’t sync

So I am using Reminders, Calendar, et cetera and it seems like the notifications for these apps are not syncing between my.

For example, I would miss a call and the notification would still appear on my iPad, even though I removed it from my iPhone.

Or there’s a reminder that I would check, but the notification for it would not have disappeared from my Mac automatically.

Does anyone know what’s happening here? it’s very annoying because I am flooded with notifications that have no purpose anymore and I’m trying to reduce them.

I don’t know if this is an iCloud issue, but I didn’t know where else to post it.

Has it ever worked perfectly for you? 'Cause I thought that's an issue for many people since the beginning. Apple not so good with cloud.

That might also be the case, but I feel like it used to work at some point.
