iCloud on my iPad

I already have a iCloud account set up, and also a iCloud mail account, both which I can access on my Mac via www.icloud.com.

However, when I try to go to www.icloud.com on my iPad 2, it just takes me to a welcome page where it tells me to setup iCloud, which I have already enabled on all my iOS devices and my Mac.

What in the world of Apple happened?

Every feature that you access on iCloud.com is on your iPad. You can't use the website from your iOS device. It was the same for mobile me. Anything you need to do there, do it seamlessly on your iPad.

Oh, so I'm not even supposed to be able to access www.icloud.com on an iPad in the first place?
