Seriously, WTH is wrong w/ apple? They can't seem to get any cloud service right... ever. A few days ago my iMessages went to hell and I'm carrying on two different conversations with people. Neither OSX or iOS are updating from the other. Also, iTunes music in the cloud stopped working. Everything "icloud" related is greyed out. Again, WTH is going on?! I'm a long time user and defending but this just is pissing me off. It's like they want us to use other cloud services.

Hey Blueroom, I'm well aware of that. Since the last iMessage outage, my message syncing is non existant. It's been permanently (as of now) f'd up. Neither OSX or iOS is updating from the other. Messages are out of time sync also. It's been a few days.

Thanks Chuck... can I call you by your first name? Man, I was an angry little elf that day. Everything got resolved. It was a matter of turning off pretty much all imessages accounts and re-"validate" them. Some how the phone number tied to my account was taken off all my devices except my phone. After revalidating it all went smooth.

same exact thing happened to me, got it fixed, after a while, it was all messed up again...I guess they'll fix these issue in 10.8.3 but I guess they kept the focus all along on a good synch for iOS instead of iOS + OS X
