iCloud iCloud outgoing mail down for anyone else?

Needed to send a few emails and it's going to outbox and then sent but nothings been delivered to my recipients

Once I got home I checked if it was syncing accordingly to all my devices in the mail app and it is.

But I opened connection doctor in settings of the mail client and IMAP shows green but SMTP failed to acknowledge a response.

I can still receive mail therefore

Is anyone else having issues?

Same issue here.. all the system status of Apple iCloud Mail is green..
