My original iPhone 6 128GB's monitor dead.
Apple Store replaced a service unit to me.

I decide to go clean setup instead of restore from backup.
Just in case my backup file is corrupted.

Everything went smooth, except the iCloud photo library.
On icloud photos and video backup shown 5.4GB size
But after I login my iCloud on my new phone.
2 hours later it downloaded all my photos and videos.
I check the photo storage, it shown only 479MB.
I made sure. I checked every photos and video in my phone.
All are there.
And I made sure I checked "Download and Keep Originals" in settings.

Anyone have any idea why? I am just afraid iOS somehow crash and start displaying false information.

BTW I am on 8.4

If you select an old photo in the library does it show the little download loading icon? That would tell you that not all photos are on your phone and that the download and keep originals hasn't downloaded all content.

Yeah, some older photos doesn't have thumbnail and have a little cloud icon in the thumbnail area.
But I let them download, now every photos/videos has proper thumbnail and I tried to turn on airplane mode.
They can access with airplane mode on. So I guess the file not in the cloud.
It's weird.
