Hello!
After deleting of all of the photos and videos from iCloud Photo Library (and emptying the Recently Deleted album) there is still 600 megs of storage used by some orphan photos and videos.
Here are the screenshots:
Logging off/on to the iCloud account and disabling/reenabling the iCloud Photo Library does not solve the issue: there is still 600 megs of invisible photos and videos. There is another one similar issue described here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1849849/
I have called Apple support (#754404357) and they said this invisible data are deleted photos which will be kept for 30 days and still use the iCloud storage quota without and possibility to be purged/deleted.
This is terrible wrong: now I can't backup all my devices to iCloud just because there is some storage used by deleted photos.
Imagine, you have uploaded and then deleted, say, 5 gigs of videos to your Photo Library, and then deleted them. Now you can not use your iCloud of 30 days, because all of the storage is used... 8-0
I just have sent the description of this problem using Apple Feedback form: https://www.apple.com/feedback/ but how can I send a full blown bug report to apple about this issue?
Can anybody help?
Thank you!
