iCloud Photo Library Not Syncing (8 Plus / iOS 11.0.2

Hi there,

Setting up my new iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 11.0.2 and it won’t download my iCloud Library.

I have tried rebooting iPhone, turning photos off in iCloud but nothing working. It just says updating with nothing downloaded.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Are you plugged in and connected to wifi?

I’m On Wi-Fi but not plugged in. I don’t normally have to plug in to sync my iCloud Photo Library.

Try plugging in, it seems it wont upload or download as it wants to save battery power.
