hello all
I recently had to re install macOS Sierra on my Mac
before the new installation my Photos Library was stored in iCloud
on iCloud System Preferences I can see it takes roughly 110 gb of space
now on my freshly installed Mac , I chose the Photos library on my drive and tried to turn on iCloud Photo Library
a new message popped up that informed me I don't have much space on my 200gb plan
thats weird cos I thought this will find my pics already uploaded and just add the ones that arent
am I missing something?
I mean how can I start the process again?
thanks in advance

just deleted the old one, from iCloud system preferences and uploading the new one just now
hope it will just update and not take ages like the first time!
