Yesterday, I decided to make the switch from "Optimize iPhone Storage" to "Download and keep Originals" in my iCloud Photo Library for my iPhone 6s.

Multiple times, I've gotten stuck at a certain number of items being added. I've tried restarting my phone as well as turning off/on iCloud Photo Library.

All of my photos have downloaded and are now stored on my phone, but for some reason the photos app as well as Photos in Settings are showing that it is "Adding 68 items." I have no idea what these items are as everything has been added. The same thing happened yesterday.

Also, when photos were actually being added/downloaded, the data wheel next to the wifi symbol was spinning as you would expect. Since the status changed to "Adding 68 Items," the wheel has disappeared so it doesn't look like anything is happening anymore.

It's shown that for a while. Any idea where these "items" could be coming from? Or anywhere to clear that?

Thanks
