Im using the beta for the iCloud photo library and when I first started using it there were no issues. Now however I've noticed that my iPhone is not syncing photos like its supposed to. under settings its sating that its uploading 670 photos and will stay there for hours or until i quit the app. the photos aren't showing up on my iPad and on iCloud web interface. I know this is a beta but is there anything that I'm doing wrong like a setting or should I delete everything from the could and just start over.
