anyone having problems with iCloud Photo Library?

My - synced - library’s are working, eventually, but my main iCloud library isn’t syncing.

The original library was stuck on repairing, so I started over with a new library but it won’t sync with iCloud.

I guess I tried almost everything, logging in and out of iCloud, several new libraries, reinstalled Catalina, etc. But no go.

In console there are several crash reports, so I guess something is going haywire.

Any ideas?

I have an issue with photos. It's been stuck on updating library at 10% for the past 3hrs and won't budge.

Only happened since I got my new 15" MBP yesterday, upgraded to Catalina, and I left it overnight but with photos quit. It's been open all morning and not got past 10%.

My photos sync to iCloud (I can see them via web browser) but don't sync to my iMac running Catalina. iPhone is still on 12.4 and I'm not updating to iOS 13 until at least later in the beta cycle. PITA, have to sync photos back via cable manually. Such are the headaches when venturing into the beta waters.
