Just got myself a new iPhone X, and it is hell of an upgrade, but...

I have spent almost 3 hours trying to get the photo library from my old iPhone to sync with the new one, but it won't, and to be honest, it is pissing me off. I am doing everything that I am supposed to do, I even installed the phone from a backup of the old one I made today, still no damn photos.

Everything else is syncing, notes, safaritabs etc. Just not the damn photos, and I like my photos, I want them on the iPhone X, all 3000 of them.

Please help, what can I do?

Thanks in advance <3

Yep it was both plugged in and connected to wifi.
But I tried resetting the phone and install it again from the same backup, now the library works. Maybe it had something to do with it not being plugged in from the very beginning of the installation.

Thanks anyways, I appreciate your help!
