I need some advice on how to accomplish something within iCloud Photos. I have been scanning in old family photos and sorting them into albums in my iCloud Library. When I’m done I want to transfer all the photos and albums to my mothers iCloud library. There are already thousands of photos and hundreds of albums. She does not have a Mac or a PC, only an iPhone XR & an iPad. Is there any way to bulk move the photos over and retain the album structure?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Assuming that you're using a Mac, you might could download your entire library and back it up to an external drive.

Then create her an account on your Mac, sign into her iCloud.
Restore your library into her account.
Wait for iCloud to sync.
Then delete all of your photos.

Possibly you could just delete all of your photos prior to connecting the library to her account as well..

Best solution I can think of. Apple photos is an awesome app, but has some big pitfalls IMO when it comes to families and sharing.
