Why is photo backup not a constant stream of backing up? At this rate this is gonna take days to back up 80GB instead of just a few hours.

See my live BW counter. The blue is the upload.

For the devices you're using, is it the first run for iCloud Photos? Depending on the volume of your photos and videos, it can take days for the initial run to complete. After that it uploads as needed.

Somewhat of a inital run. But I have the upload speed. So it shouldnt be like this. I can upload 80GB in around 5 hours with my connection. It has around 70GB left.

My iCloud storage is so screwed up as well. My phone backup was around 90GB, but enabling Photos my phone backup is now just a few GB's, So I cant have it backed up in photos and part as the device backup?

off topic to my main issue, but my iMessage storage on iCloud is 33GB... But the backup is only 10GB lol.
