iCloud Photos won’t download

I just restored to 17.0.3 on a 15 pro and the iCloud Photos won’t download. It’s just says downloading 20k photo's and nothing downloads. I’ve tried the usual tricks. Annoying! Any help please.

Hey,

happened to me long time ago, are you trying to download all photos on your phone our it is just struggling to display your iCloud Photos library ?

Normally it downloads only when the phone is charging and on Wifi when you have a fresh start.

You need to be plugged in, wifi, and phone being "cool" for it to start syncing to and from your phone.

Last time I did this exercise it took 2 full days of plugging the phone to a wall outlet and sync because phone keeps going to zZZ.

Did this work for you? My iPhone is randomly stuck syncing on iCloud but my Mac and iPad work great.
