Normally it downloads only when the phone is charging and on Wifi when you have a fresh start.

T TKSX macrumors regular Apr 10, 2021 194 181 Oct 12, 2023 #3 You need to be plugged in, wifi, and phone being "cool" for it to start syncing to and from your phone. Last time I did this exercise it took 2 full days of plugging the phone to a wall outlet and sync because phone keeps going to zZZ.
