Why dont upload photos on my icloud uploading 2 days and dont upload pls help me and dont load older photos in gallery on wifi I change to 4g and fast load all photos but not work icloud for upload any solution for fix my problem

Is your iCloud storage full? You'll have to check manually as they don't tell you until its been a week since the last upload (or at least that's what happened here). Personally don't use iCloud for photos myself once I get past 5GB and instead use an app but don't know if I'm allowed to say app names on here.

No my icloud is not full i create a new icloud and no upload my new photos what a problem i dont know pls help me

All time stay uploading and i turnoff photo library and again turn on dont all photo back
