I have a 13" MBP and an 11" MBA on the way.
If I turn on icloud with both machines, will it stream all of my iphoto photos ( About 2,000) over to the new Air?
Also, will it transfer my whole itunes account to the new machine?

Are you keeping both or moving from one to the other?

If keeping both:
Photostream will definitely push photos over, but I'm not sure if it'll copy all 2000.
Not entirely sure about all possibilities with iTunes; Nothing you ripped yourself will move via iCloud unless you subscribe to iTunes Match. I'm unsure about purchased songs and whether you can redownload them or what.

If moving from the 13 to the 11, your best bet is use an external hard drive to create a Time Machine backup of the 13 then when you get the 11 attach the drive and the initial system setup can pull in all your files and applications and configurations.

I'm keeping both and using the MBP as a desktop.
Maybe I should back up iphoto through time machine with an external drive and move them to the new machine.
Then once I do that, icloud should keep both machines synched?
I also need to keep my Word docs and PDF files synched. I think I'm going to try Dropbox or Sugar Sync for that before I spend the $ on a Time Capsule.
From reading the reviews, one of those 2 programs should do the trick I'm guessing.
