I upgraded my iCloud account right away to 15 gigs.

But I then needed to change the iCloud account from my iTunes account to a separate account (xxx@me.com). I wanted separate iCloud accounts for the wife and I. I upgraded the new me.com account as well now I want a refund on the original upgrade.

According to the iCloud receipt you can cancel the service in 15 days but nobody at Apple is any help. $20.00 is nothing but the principal of Apple making it hard to contact them is killing me.

The iTunes store support says it's not there issue and will not help.

Who the heck do I contact at Apple and how do I contact them for the refund?
