iCloud Reliability..

I have noticed over the last few days that iCloud reliability whether through the iCloud web interface, the OS X Mail client or iTunes is horrible...I wonder whether this iCloud or me (i.e. possible internet problems) and would like your feedback noting that no one else in my house has experienced internet problems...

Appreciate the response...I am not so sure what you mean by branches by the issues I am having are related to logging on through the web interface as I would say that either side of 30% of the time I fail to log on.
