We have 3 devices, my iphone 4s, wife iphone 4 and an ipad2 which we both use.

We currently share the same apple ID for purchases. When I activated my phone i used that same ID for icloud.

What I would like is to share calendar, apps, books, music etc. but for photo I want it inly to be on my phone or have some control over it, which pics I want to show up on my ipad and her iphone etc.

I don't know how to set up icloud so that I can keep it separate.

My wife and I share an iCloud account. When she makes an entry into her calendar, it shows up on my phone and vice versa. Some applications (such as contacts) we don't share since we each have our own set. You can choose.
